Lamb Rogan Josh - Syn Free

Ingredients:
600g diced lamb
2 onions sliced
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
2 cans chopped tomatoes
1 tsp ground ginger
3 garlic cloves
1 cinnamon stick
5tbsp medium curry powder
2 beef stock cubes.

Directions:
- Fry lamb to brown in batches with fry light. Set aside and keep warm.
- Add onions to pan and stir fry for 3-4 mins. Add garlic, ginger, cinnamon stick and stir fry for 1-2mins. Add lamb and curry powder and stir fry for 2-3mins.
- Add chopped tomatoes, stock cubes, peppers and season. Bring to boil and then put in slow cooker. Add a touch of water if required.
- Slow cooker - low for 8.5hrs.
- Serve with rice
Just had the lamb rogan Josh for my evening meal me and my husband agreed that it was absolutely delicious.
