Chicken Chipotle & Chorizo Stew (Slow Cooker)

Ingredients:
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 carrot, diced
- 700g chicken breast, skinned
- 200g chorizo chopped
- 1 tin of tomatoes
- 6 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 whole dried chipotle chilli
- 1.5 tblsp paprika
- 1 tblsp smoked paprika
- Tin of chickpeas including juice
- 1 chicken stock pot
- Seasoning
- 50ml water
- 3 tblsp tomato puree
- 2 tsp cumin powder
Directions:
- Shove it in the slow cooker for 8 hours on low
- Discard the whole chilli.
- OR, if you like your food hot and spicy, remove chilli, chop up and mix back into stew.
- 10 1/2 syns for the lot and serves at least 5. So 2 syns approx per serving.
