Lemon Chilli Chicken - Slow Cooker Method (Syn Free)

Ingredients:
- 4 Chicken breasts
- 220ml Chicken stock
- 2 onions chopped
- 1 red pepper sliced
- 1 red chilli sliced (leave seeds in for extra kick)
- 1 tsp ginger
- 3 garlic cloves crushed
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp tumeric
- 2 tsp white wine vinegar
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup frozen peas (added during last hour)
Directions:
- Add all the ingredients to the slow cooker
- Cook on low for around 5 hours
- For final hour, add cup of frozen peas.
- If the mix is runny, leave lid off and turn up to medium to help thicken
- Serve with rice, and additional stir fried vegetables if you wish
