Corned Beef Hash in the Slow Cooker

A wonderful Corned Beef hash done in the slow cooker and just 1 syn per serving!

Number of Servings: 4 servings




Ingredients:

1 tin of corned beef (Lean Princess Corned Beef 4 syns per 200g tin)
1 tin of beans
1 tin of tomatoes
1 onion, rough chopped
1 pepper, rough chopped
2 carrots, sliced
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp onion granules
garlic powder (to taste )
2 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
1 oxo cube
About 7 or 8 potatoes, peeled and quartered

Directions:


  • Add all the ingredients except the potatoes to the slow cooker, switch to HIGH setting and leave for about 5 hours.
  • After about 4 hours, add the potatoes, cover with lid and cook for the last hour. Adjust the time if need be so you get nicely cooked and tender spuds!
  • Will easily serve 4 people and at just 1 syn per person!
  • Serve in bowls with a nice fresh side salad for plenty of super free food!
